This set of watercolour paintings feature cacti forests, one in blue and the other in green.
The original paintings were later used as inspiration for a window mural that I did for an event at Cafe Zarah, "Art for Nature". This was my first year participating in this event which celebrated and raised awareness about environmental sustainability. Stickers and prints were also created and sold at the event.

tapes for charity is a benefit project created in collaboration between nugget records, qiii snacks records and thruoutin. There are two curated mixtapes, one indie pop focused and the other, electronic. All proceeds are donated to the Wuhan Small Animal Protection Association, a non-profit that advocates the rights of animals and helped many animals during the COVID-19 lockdown when many owners could not return home to their pets.
It was fun to create the covers for two separate tapes but link them together through a common theme. The illustration shows cats and dogs surrounding a bowl of Wuhan staple, reganmian. Those who purchased the set of tapes also received a dajia jiayou! sticker.
